JOEY OLIVA (Producer) Joey's mom and grandma introduced him to the original Broadway cast recording of A Chorus Line at the age of 5.  This started an almost unhealthy love affair with theatre that he has yet to outgrow.  NY Producing credits include:  Journey to Jersey Boys (dir. Holly-Anne Ruggiero) at ARS NOVA, The Public Theatre Concert Series at the 2009 Summer Play Festival which included evenings of musical theatre composers Ryan Scott Oliver, Gaby Alter, and more, Spring Awakening's Morgan Karr at Joe's Pub, NYMF's 2008 "On-Board" Steering Committee, For the Love of Christ at the 2009 NY Fringe Festival, and many upcoming projects talked about at The Chelsea Grill.  Joey is a graduate of Fordham University, Lincoln Center and a native Californian. He currently works at Sh-K-Boom & Ghostlight Records, and is thrilled to be working with Katie Riegel on their new production company. KATIE RIEGEL (Producer) Katie's love for theater began at age 7 while seated in the front row at Les Miserables. At 18 she found herself learning the ropes from the legendary producer Fran Weissler in New York City. (The deal was sealed.) Katie has produced in both New York and London, including projects in NYMF, FringeNYC and Fringe Encores. She currently works with Sh-K-Boom & Ghostlight Records where she has helped launch the albums of In the Heights and Passing Strange amongst many others. She has developed marketing campaigns for The West End production of The 39 Steps, LOVEtheatre.com, and collaborated on partnerships with The New York Times, JetBlue and countless Broadway shows. Previously Katie worked for Broadway.com—writing features, guiding redesigns to the site and producing special sections like the groundbreaking Word of Mouth review feature. She holds an M.A. in Culture, Policy & Management from City University of London and a B.A. in Journalism and Dramatic Literature/Theater History from New York University. She is thrilled to have found a partner in blissful theater crime in Joey Oliva. For more: katieriegel.com.
